Legendary MISFITS guitarist DOYLE WOLFGANG VON FRANKENSTEIN has announced a spring tour with L.A. Nu Metal rockers OTEP.
DOYLE will be heading back out on the road in April with Nu Metal rockers OTEP on The Tour With No Name with additional support by RED DEVIL VORTEX.
DOYLE who was originally a roadie for the Misfits got his start, according to him when their original guitarist didn't show for a practice one day and MISFITS singer, Glenn Danzig, asked him if he wanted to play. The rest, as they say, is history. Doyle went on to play guitar on all of the MISFITS iconic punk albums including Walk Among Us, Evilive, Earth A.D./Wolfs Blood, American Psycho, Evilive II, and Famous Monsters.

He later went on to form his own band, Gorgeous Frankenstein, and then the eponymously named "Doyle" with lead signer Alex Story from Gorgeous Frankenstein and currently also of Cancer Slug.

OTEP, led by frontwoman Otep Shamaya are known for their politically infused lyrics. Originally tapped by Sharon Osbourne to appear on the 2001 version of Ozzfest, the band has gone through wholesale member changes over the years with only Otep remaining a constant. They will be touring in support of their latest release, 2023's The God Slayer.
