Arch Enemy Unleashes Metal Fury in Stroudsburg, PA – Blood Dynasty Tour 2025 Recap

Arch Enemy stormed the stage at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA, on May 10, as part of their Blood Dynasty 2025 tour, supporting their latest studio album of the same name. Alissa White-Gluz, the band’s electrifying frontwoman, unleashed her signature blend of guttural growls and razor-sharp cleans, cutting through the chaos like a shockwave. Michael Amott’s guitar work, marked by his unmistakable blend of melody and sheer aggression, formed the backbone of the night’s assault, making it clear why Arch Enemy remains a staple in modern metal.

The setlist pulled deep from the band’s discography, blending era-defining anthems with fresh fire from Blood Dynasty. The crowd erupted to the ferocious opener “Deceiver, Deceiver” before being carried through a relentless barrage of hits, including the classic “Ravenous” from Wages of Sin (2001), the seething “My Apocalypse” from Doomsday Machine (2005), and the soaring “The Eagle Flies Alone” from Will to Power (2017). New tracks like “Dream Stealer” and “A Million Suns” sat perfectly alongside longtime favorites, with the band closing the main set on the punishing one-two punch of “Dead Bury Their Dead” and “We Will Rise.”

As fans felt the night coming to a close, Arch Enemy unleashed a final barrage, tearing through the crushing “Avalanche,” the modern staple “Nemesis,” and the brutal final strike of “Fields.” With each note, it was clear that the band still thrives on the visceral connection they’ve built with their audience over decades, proving that Arch Enemy isn’t just surviving — they’re still hungry and ready to dominate.
Supporting acts Fit For An Autopsy, Baest, and Thrown Into Exile each brought their own brand of ferocity to the stage, priming the crowd for the main event. While each band delivered strong sets, the night clearly belonged to Arch Enemy, whose precision and intensity left no doubt as to why they remain one of the genre’s most formidable forces.
As of today, May 11, Arch Enemy is set to perform at the Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival in Columbus, OH. The North American leg of the Blood Dynasty Tour will wrap up on May 18 at Milwaukee Metal Fest in Milwaukee, WI. Following this, the band will head to Europe for the European Blood Dynasty 2025 Tour, kicking off in October with support from Amorphis, Eluveitie, and Gatecreeper.
